SlewMaster warrants all goods supplied by it to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from delivery date. Under such warranty SlewMaster commits to either, replace, repair or issue a credit note, at its discretion, for any goods which, within the next twelve (12) months after delivery date, are returned, carriage paid, to SlewMaster and which show to be defective in materials and/or workmanship due to SlewMaster’s fault.
